Paper
Submission and Publication |
Authors are invited to submit manuscripts written in English. Papers must contain original work not published
or under revision elsewhere. All submissions will be refereed by experts in the field based on originality,
significance, quality, and clarity. Papers should be prepared following IEEE format, double column, minimum 10-pt
fonts and up to 6 pages. Accepted papers will appear in IEEE Xplore, and authors
of selected papers with particular merit will be requested to extend
their paper to be included in an Edited Book published by a leading
scientific publisher.
