Authors are invited to submit manuscripts written in English. Submitted papers should address original work not published or under revision elsewhere. All submissions will be refereed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality, and clarity. Accepted papers will appear in IEEE Xplore, and authors of selected papers with particular merit will be requested to extend their paper to be included in an Edited Book published by a leading scientific publisher.

Format Papers should be prepared following IEEE format, double column, minimum 10-pt fonts and up to 6 pages. You can use IEEE PDF Express to convert your papers into IEEE format or to verify that PDF files you created do not violate IEEE format specifications.
