Poster registration fee excludes conference dinner. In order to register as a student and benefit from the reduced fee, students are required to send by fax a copy of their student card or a formal letter confirming current full-time student status. IEEE Turkey Section members are required to send by fax a copy of their IEEE membership card. At least one author of each accepted paper must register before September 10 and guarantee to present the paper during the conference in order for the paper to appear in the conference  proceedings. Please note that non-registrants will not be allowed to present papers during the conference. Registration Process Authors of the accepted papers should follow the following steps to register to ISCIS 07. Camera-Ready Paper Submission: Camera-Ready versions of the accepted papers should be submitted by authors. Camera-Ready papers should be in IEEE Format for Conference Proceedings, double column, minimum 10-pt fonts and up to 6 pages. Authors can examine http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/authors for details of IEEE Format and PDF Creation process. PDF Express can also be used for checking the PDF files created by the authors, in order to verify they are compliant with IEEE Explorer standarts. Authors can access IEEE PDF Express from http://216.228.1.34/PDFeXpress/log.asp Conference id for ISCIS 07 is iscis07. Detailed information about how to use IEEE PDF Express is at http://216.228.1.34/PDFeXpress/frhelpnologin.asp Note that IEEE PDF Express is not a paper submission system. It just assists the authors for creating PDF files compliant with IEEE Explorer standarts. Re-Summitting Camera Ready Version of the Paper Camera-Ready PDF version of the paper, which is created by IEEE PDF Express (or verified with IEEE PDF Express) should be re-submitted using the ISCIS07 Submission System at http://www.ceng.metu.edu.tr/~iscis Copyright Form Conference Proceedings will be published in IEEE Explorer. In order to transfer the copyright of the articles submitted, all authors should fill the copyright form at http://www.iscis.metu.edu.tr/copyright.pdf and transmit the form via fax or email. Copyright forms sent via e-mail will not be accepted. Authors may include their credit card numbers in the registration form. Registration form is transmitted using SSL encryption. Credit card is not deposited online. Registration fee is billed to your credit card in 1 business day and you recieve a confirmation email. Authors may also prefere to send their credit card information by faxing a mail order form available in registration form. Or the registration fee can be transferd to bank accounts available. Accomodation section of our web page contains accomodation options in Ankara for ISCIS participants and a link to the web page of Star Tour. ISCIS organization committee is not responsible for any accomodation arrangement. All participants should arrange their accomodation by themselves, using reservation form of the Star Tour or by any other means. However, ISCIS organization committee can make the credit card number you submitted with the registration form available to Star Tour, if you are willing. This may reduce the security risk of sending your credit card number multiple times. Registration form contains such an option. If you choose this option, Star Tour will be able to bill your credit card for hotel reservation costs.
